I've always enjoyed the process of bringing together digital resources and tools. I think we all do. As we curate, it is also important for us to have tools to use that are the perfect fit for us and our school community. It is essential we teach our students and teachers to use curation platforms.

Sunshine Classics have returned to US classrooms! The features that made them popular – timeless titles that draw on children’s experience and view of the world, loveable characters and engaging stories, leveled and constructed titles to specifically support to K-2 readers – have all returned.
I love the book, George Washington's Teeth. I read it every year in the month of February with my K-1 crowd to teach beginning research skills. I have an enlarged picture of George's head from one of the pages in the book where his mouth is open that I use to put "teeth" in with facts.
